We prepare proposal input including resource costs, statements of work, project
plans and requirements gathering for our client's IT projects. We will then
plan and execute the project and its tasks, and also ensure that the products
we provide are of the highest quality and that our clients receive the best
services in the valley. We will conduct periodic project meetings with the the
client liason, and the technical team during the conduct of project. We will
prepare detailed project plans using MS Project 2000 and VISIO 2000. Finally
we will prepare and monitor financials to ensure projects are within budget.
